Pregnancy and Postnatal Care

Pregnancy and Post Natal Massage is an incredible way to relax during this very special time and a regular commitment for self care for you and your baby. It is the best way to reduce physical, emotional and mental stresses and strains of pregnancy and motherhood and to prepare you for motherhood, whilst giving you tools to ground yourself.  

I offer bespoke Wellbeing Sessions combining  yoga, Pilates, massage and mindfulness during and after pregnancy to increase your health and wellbeing and help you connect compassionately with yourself and your baby throughout the many stages of motherhood. 

Specialised Pregnancy and Post Natal care can be arranged at your house, in London or Sussex, in my clinic in Hove or Brighton or over Skype at your convenience.
