One to One or Group Sessions

Yoga, Pilates, MIndfulness and Massage on a daily, weekly or monthly basis booked in blocks and at your convenience.

Wellbeing Consultancy starts with an initial session where we establish a bespoke programme of yoga, massage, pilates and mindfulness tailored to suit your current and ongoing needs. 

At each session what we do will be directed by your current needs whether that be a massage , yoga , pilates, mindfulness or a combination of the above.  

Some clients come with specific health, pain or emotional  issues which then evolve into full wellbeing packages over time. There are enormous health benefits associated with a regular programme of yoga, pilates, massage and mindfulness so please get in touch if you would like to talk about a wellbeing programme for you or a loved one.
