Pilates

In our Pilates sessions we use an integrative mind-body approach to re-balance the body bio-mechanically and structurally in order to help promote health and well-being. Postural realignment is achieved through use of controlled and precise physical movements to support mobility, strength, balance and ease of movement.

Specific muscle groups are targeted and strengthened, whilst others are lengthened and released. With regular practise and good tuition,  postural realignment is achieved through use of controlled and precise physical movements.
