I have over 30 years experience as a Yoga Instructor, Pilates Teacher and Mindfulness Coach. I'm trained Breathworks practitioner a member of the Pilates Foundation and Mindfulness UK and hold an MA in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation from SOAS with a specialism in Pain Management.
Personal and professional development is at the heart of my practice and benefits all my clients. I have been working with many of my private clients for over 25 years and pride myself on creating a programme of movement and mindfulness which suits client needs as they evolve over time and to meet their requirements on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as needed . I work with individuals or organisations, helping them to integrate healthy lifestyle changes – looking at the bio-mechanics, alignment, posture, stress factors and lifestyle patterns that cause dysfunction, stress and dis-ease physically, emotionally and psychologically.
